Elevate Event Support was founded by Lucy, whose career has been built around organisation, planning and delivering exceptional experiences. With over seven years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting Managing Directors, CEOs, Founders and business leaders, Lucy has developed a reputation for managing complex projects, coordinating events and ensuring every detail is delivered seamlessly.
Alongside her professional career, Lucy has organised corporate events, charity fundraisers and private celebrations, discovering that her greatest passion is bringing people together and creating memorable experiences.
That passion led to the creation of Elevate Event Support – a business that combines professional event planning, coordination and hands-on event support. Whether it's helping plan an event from the very beginning, coordinating suppliers behind the scenes or providing experienced support on the day, Elevate is committed to making every event seamless, stress-free and successful.

Lucy
Founder | Event Planning & Coordination
With over seven years' experience supporting Managing Directors, CEOs, Founders and senior leaders, Lucy has built a career around organisation, planning and delivering exceptional service.
Alongside coordinating corporate functions, charity events and private celebrations, she founded Elevate to combine executive-level organisation with practical event planning and on-the-day support. Her calm approach, attention to detail and passion for creating memorable events help clients feel confident every step of the way.
Shaun
Operations & Event Delivery
Shaun brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to every event. Calm under pressure and highly dependable, he oversees venue logistics, event setup, pack down and on-the-day operations to keep everything running smoothly.
His hands-on experience, strong work ethic and commitment to delivering excellent service ensure every event receives the support it deserves.
Jessica
Hospitality & Event Support
Jessica has over five years' experience in catering and hospitality, giving her a strong understanding of customer service and creating exceptional guest experiences.
Friendly, approachable and highly organised, she enjoys supporting guests, assisting event organisers and helping create a welcoming, professional atmosphere at every event.
Jordan
Guest Experience & Event Support
Jordan brings experience in sales and customer service, with excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with clients, suppliers and guests.

Junior Event Support
Although still at school, Harrison is already a valued member of the Elevate team. Polite, hardworking and always willing to help, he enjoys getting involved with event setup, practical tasks and supporting the wider team wherever needed.
His positive attitude, enthusiasm and hands-on approach make him a dependable addition to the team, and he is always keen to learn new skills.
